The guy won a Tony, but apparently he is a veteran of downtown theater. Anyone who’s appeared in a show at Expanded Arts deserves props for (a) surviving the experience and (b) getting out and making some money. Nothing personal, EA, it’s just… well, things could get a little scary down there sometimes. Good for John, though. This isn’t quite as cool as Mark Hollmann and Greg Kotis winning the Tony for Urinetown, but it’s still good. Nice work, John.
