“CLEAN” BY BOB EPSTEIN ADDS PERFORMANCES ON THURSDAY, JUNE 29 AT 4 PM

NEW OFFBEAT COMEDY DIRECTED BY

CHRISTOPHER MARING CONTINUES

AT URBAN STAGES THROUGH JULY 1

“CLEAN”, an offbeat new comedy by Bob Epstein which opened June 19 at Urban Stages, 259 West 30th Street, has added a special 4 PM performance on Thursday, June 29. The regular performance schedule is Monday, Wed, Thursday, Friday and Sat at 8 PM, Sunday at 7 PM. The limited Equity engagement continues through July 1st.

Directed by Christopher Maring, this fantastical comedy finds Digby, the spoiled daughter of a wealthy industrialist, on an enlightening LIRR journey to the chic Hamptons. When her daddy is busted for shady business dealings, Digby turns to a quirky entertainment lawyer and an undercover FBI agent (who may be just plain crazy) to prove his innocence and preserve her privileged way of life. Sometimes it’s dirty work keeping clean.
Bob Epstein produced and wrote the feature film “The Gauguin Museum” which has been seen at Slamdance and SXSW Film Festivals. Christopher Maring has directed at Williamstown Theatre Festival, Prospect Theater Company and Emerging Artists Theater.
The cast includes Albert Insinnia, Karl Jacob, John Kudan, Nancy Rodriguez, Cherene Snow, Bjorn Thorstad and introducing Sarah Viccellio as the industrialist’s daughter.

Seats at $18 are available through Smarttix at (212) 868-4444 or via www.smarttix.com.
